Start with the left side. Fasten the the connecting bar behind and before with bolts.
The side with the big holes is the right one.
Put the cloth beam in place,
te rounded side in the hole of the left side.		 Put the right side in place and fasten the
connection bar behind.
Pay attention for the direction of the nut (little photo).
Fasten the connection bar before and
the breast beam.		 Put the ratchet wheel on the square end
of the cloth beam. The direction of the teeth
is different from those of the warp beam.
Fix the lever with pawl with a lag screw 8 x 70 mm with a spanner n° 13.
Then turn back a quarter so that the lever can turn.
Fix the left and right wooden guide on the warp beam ith 4 Allen screws 6 x 40 mm.
Put the guides of the warp beam
in place on the loom.		 Fix the beater on the bearing
blocks with 4 Allen bolts 6 x 70 mm.		 The raddle fits into the notches
before the warp beam.
Take care that the beater runs parallel to the front.
Put the castle with harnesses in place.
Fix with 4 wingnuts.		 While weaving, the warp beam should be
fixed more backwards
How to put the heddles on a harness: slide the wooden shelf upward.
Pull off a harness, pull off the wooden slat and the loop of the rope.
Slide a bundle of heddles on the harness, remove the plastic bindings, slide the rope and slat back in place.
Make sure that the harness doesn't clamp. Optionally knock a little on the slat.
How to attach the harnesses with levers. The first harness in front must be attached with the left lever.
Pull the loop of the rope trough the first hole on the left, then pull it from left to right trough the lever on turn
the loop around the lever. With the odd levers, pull the rope from left to right, with the even from right to left.
How to fix the metal warp rods with warp beam and cloth beam.
For each beam, there are 5 loops.
It is also possible to put the rod directly into the groove of the warp beam or cloth beam.
A second warp beam can be fixed before the
standard warp beam with 4 Allen bolts.		 On the loom with 24 harnesses, the harness
are assembled with little screws.
